Problem with Sony portable DVD player? I have a Sony portable DVD player and all of a sudden now when I play a DVD on it I hear a loud spinning noise which is coming from that small round thing that you put the hole in the DVD on. How do I connect one portable dvd plyaer to another I am looking into buying 2 Sony DVP-FX820 portable DVD players so my twins can watch the same DVD/movie, on their own screen for now, without us having to buy two copies of a lot of movies. A/V input for portable DVD player? My uncle's Sony portable DVD player has mini version of a Video input and a headphone like input for audio. The DVD player came with a adapter that plugs into these inputs and then has a normal set of A/V cords on the other end for plugging into a TV for use as a normal DVD player. On the right side of the screen there is a very small button that says "input" or something along the line of that. Basically I believe it symbolizes that external devices and be hooked up to it and the screen used for the device. Now my question is if there is some sort of adapter I can obtain that will allow me to hook A/V items (such as my nintendo wii) to the mini A/V inputs for use when traveling?

I have a toshiba portable dvd player and it wont play my burned disc? How to Burn DVD ripped files to DVD so it can play on my DVD player? Hi every one I have just bought myself Sony Portable DVD player DVP-FX810 (Plays DVD, DVD+R DL, DVD+R/RW, DVD-R/RW, CD, CD-R/RW, MP3 and JPEG formats). I was hoping that I can watch movies on it while I am at work because at my work its gets really boring ones in a while. I had downloaded some DVD Ripped movies they come with extension of ( .vob .bup and .ifo ) and all files are around 4.5gb when I burn them with Nero as DVD video-files when I put disc in the player gives me an error check disc. But when I put that same disc in my Philips player which supports Divx everything works fine. I would like to know is there any way to burn DVD rip files so they can work on my Sony player and also is there are way to convert Divx to DVD. I use TDK disc 4.5 gbs each Thanks for taking your time reading this I hope some one can help me.

Like can a recharger for a Sony portable dvd player plug into a Creative Zen MP3 player and recharge the MP3 player for example, or a Zen MP3 player be recharged with a cel phone recharger? Burning Dvd ISO movie to Dvd? Ok, I've been using Imgburn and Dvd Decrypter to burn a movie iso image to a dvd. It works just fine on my laptop with Windows Media Player and my brother's portable dvd player. But why doesn't it work with my Xbox 360 Elite and my Sony Dvd player in the living room? I don't understand..Am I doing something wrong here? I have tested with 2x, 4x, and even 8x and nothing changed. Works just the same with my laptop and my brother's portable dvd player..The brand I use is DVD-R Memorex, which is the only brand that seemed to work with anything I burn. I haven't tried DVD+R or DVD+RW because they can be really expensive..compared to DVD-R and I don't want to waste my money if I'm not sure they will work or not. My guess is the programs I am using or the brand of the blank DVDs. I dunno what to do..Please help!!

How can i take the viedo 2/2 of the screen of Tsubasa? I have the new Tsubasa Resviour chronicle tv show from japan and when i want to see the show the thing i noticed was this video image on the top right side of the screen and it has this little box of a camera and besides it it has the numbers 2/2 and at first i thought i pushed something but then it dint go away and then i tried to take it off but there wasnt anything i could do. so then i changed it to my dads sony portable DVD player and it still appeared and now im in the point were im going to return it and get a new one... i just have to put plastick on it agaon lol! well i hope someone can help me becuse i really need it. thanks alot if your reading this tho!

Burnt DVD won't play on my portable DVD player but works on my computer's DVD drive. Help!? I have an ISO file that I want to burn to DVD and play it on my Panasonic LX-9 portable DVD player. However, when I put the burnt dvd in my portable player the screen says "This type of disc cannot be played. Please insert a different disc" and will not play. I have tried several different burning programs (DVD Flick, Nero 8, ImgBurn) and tried using discs made by different manufacturers (HP, Sony) but still get the same result. The same DVDs play perfectly on my computer's dvd drive so I know the file is being transferred and burnt. I have made other dvds that play perfectly on my portable dvd. I am so frustrated because I can't figure out why this particular ISO file / dvd won't work on my portable player! If it helps, my PC is HP Pavillion Media Center Edition and I am running Windows XP. Can anyone help? I have also tried using both DVD-R and DVD+R discs but neither format works. Thanks Jeff! However, I downloaded the Movai Studio Suite and tried to convert my video file, but Movai (or other converters I have tried) does not recognize .iso files. burned dvd dont play on my dvd player? hello everyone. previously i had a problem with my old burner becuase it stopped burning dvds so i replaced my Ho dvd 740b with a sony dru-180a cd/dvd writer. whenever i burn movies onto a dvd+r it plays on my computer and my portable dvd player but not on my main players. i burned movies with my old player and they used to play just fine on any dvd player so i know its not the disk. what am i doing wrong?
