Dual Screen DVD Players

Portable DVD Players - Can you re-size the image to 1/4 of the screen?

I've never used a portable dvd player before, so I have no idea what the usual features are. An associate of mine wants to know whether he could re-size a video to a smaller image (for some eye exercise of his). Thanks
