2. looks like a pretty fair price to me....if it is brand new with a warranty that is...
3. If this is brand new, it's well worth the price. Even second hand or refurbished, with a 1year warranty it's not bad at all; and with Vista Premium 64bit thrown in, I'd say it's a pretty good deal indeed.
